Phase I · Wk 0–3
Before we touch anything, we listen. Interviews, document review, hands-on with your data. The system as it really is, not as it's drawn on the slide deck.
Phase II · Wk 2–6
Translate the diagnosis into a decisive plan — the model, the migration, the strategy, the framework. Small enough to test, structured enough to defend to a board.
Phase III · Wk 5–18
We build it ourselves or alongside your team. Pragmatic delivery — visible progress every two weeks, no theatre, no opaque hand-off.
Phase IV · Wk 14–22
Training, governance routines, dashboards, handovers. The job isn't done when something is delivered — it's done when the team uses it on a Tuesday afternoon without us.
